As of today, the old Canva integration has been retired, as previously announced here. The new Canva integration is not yet live, so using Canva in SocialBee is temporarily unavailable.
What this means for you:
- You cannot use Canva in SocialBee until the new integration goes live.
- No immediate action is needed on your side; we will update you as soon as Canva releases our new integration.
The upgraded integration will include:
- Direct account connections
- Improved browsing of your Canva library
- Support for additional file formats
