We’re introducing an improved Canva integration in SocialBee, designed to make working with your designs faster and more flexible!

What is new?

• Connect your Canva account directly to SocialBee.
• Browse your Canva library including folders, subfolders, and designs, then preview and select exactly what you want.
• Import a wide range of content types such as JPG, PNG, PDF, PPTX, GIF, and MP4 video.

The new Canva integration is a more advanced version of our previous integration that makes it easier to browse your designs and import them into posts, while also supporting a wider range of file formats than before.

As of today, the old Canva integration has been retired, as previously announced here. The new Canva integration is not yet live, so using Canva in SocialBee is temporarily unavailable.

What this means for you:

• You cannot use Canva in SocialBee until the new integration goes live.
• No immediate action is needed on your side; we will update you as soon as Canva releases our new integration.

The upgraded integration will include:

• Direct account connections
• Improved browsing of your Canva library
• Support for additional file formats
