Following a configuration change implemented on December 5 at 9:00 PM GMT, a web platform component began impacting post-publishing functionality.
As a result, posts that included media files uploaded more than one year ago failed to publish successfully. This issue affected a subset of users attempting to publish content containing older uploaded media.
A fix has now been implemented to address the issue. We expect publishing functionality to fully return to normal within up to 24 hours, as the changes propagate across the platform.
