Regretfully, the issue has reoccurred as some users are experiencing issues with posting to Instagram/Threads automatically. Our team is investigating the root cause now.

In the meantime, we recommend posting manually for any time-sensitive content. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The issue has been fixed, and all services have been running normally since April 25 at approximately 12:30 PM GMT. We continue to monitor the system to ensure stability. If you experienced failed posts during this time, please try reposting them or review them in the Failed Posts tab here.

Identified

Some users may be unable to publish content to Instagram and/or Threads. Image uploads may fail with 'Only photo or video can be accepted as media type'. Video uploads may fail with 'Media upload has failed with error code 2207076'.

This appears related to Meta API errors. Our team is investigating and monitoring the elevated failure rate. For time-sensitive posts, we advise publishing manually in Instagram.
